Local Craft Beer Available All Weekend

Special brewed beer just for Bay Bridge Boat Show

Dogfish Head Craftbrewed Ale
Dogfish Head 60 Minute I.P.A. – Best selling beer called 60 Minute IPA because it is continually-hopped for 60 minutes which is very unusual even an IPA.  It is loaded with citrusy hops and is the session beer for hardcore enthusiasts.  It is 6% alcohol by volume.

Dogfish Head 75 Minute I.P.A. – Created by perfectly blending both the 60 Min and its older brother 90 Minute IPA together.  It is cask-conditioned with maple syrup.  It is 7.5% alcohol by volume.

16 Mile Brewing Company
16 Mile Seed Free & Joy. – Classic American session ale.  Add Seed Free & Joy to the very short list of watermelon brews on the market, and put it at the front of the line as it boasts 100% fresh, ripe watermelon and a hint of cucumber.  It is 4.5% alcohol by volume.

16 Mile Infused Ale – Created just for this year’s Bay Bridge Boat Show.  It is produced by using 16 Mile’s most popular Golden Ale then infusing it with ripe D’Anjou Pears to create a truly unique beer.  It is 5.9% alcohol by volume.

Bay Bridge Boat Show Cooking Demonstration – Chef Brandon’s Eastern Shore Style Grilled Fishing Lunch

Daily at 3:00 pm / Poolside

Have you always wanted to learn a quick and easy way to cook and enjoy your fresh fish from the Chesapeake Bay?

The Chef will demonstrate and teach a quick and easy way to cook and enjoy the days fresh catch!

Don't miss Brandon Gentry, Executive Chef of Hemingway’s Restaurant demonstrate how to prepare mouth-watering whole grilled fresh Chesapeake Bay rockfish fillets with grilled spring vegetables, peppered lump crabmeat, and fresh lemon.

If you ask the Chef where he got his start as a chef, he’ll tell you it was in his mama’s kitchen. Although Brandon apprenticed under two master chefs, his most important training came from his Eastern North Carolina upbringing. Brandon values local resources, striving to use products from local watermen and farmers whenever possible. And much like his early years, he finds that the simple things in life are sometimes the best things in life.

This is a cooking lesson not to be missed!  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 3:00pm – Poolside.
