Don't miss Brandon Gentry, Executive Chef of Hemingway’s Restaurant demonstrate how to prepare mouth-watering whole grilled fresh Chesapeake Bay rockfish fillets with grilled spring vegetables, peppered lump crabmeat, and fresh lemon. If you ask the Chef where he got his start as a chef, he’ll tell you it was in his mama’s kitchen. Although Brandon apprenticed under two master chefs, his most important training came from his Eastern North Carolina upbringing. Brandon values local resources, striving to use products from local watermen and farmers whenever possible. And much like his early years, he finds that the simple things in life are sometimes the best things in life. This is a cooking lesson not to be missed!
